  1. Pure Bliss

It was a very restful stay. I enjoyed every moment there. The place is peaceful and is a very nurturing space to unplug, recharge and connect with oneself and Mother Nature. The staff were wonderful and they always make me feel very comfortable and at home. I greatly appreciate their warm smile and hospitality. I would love to return again!

  1. 4 day retreat break

We have had the most amazing time at Five Elements and been thoroughly looked after. I was hoping for an escape and time to rejuvenate and we got that and more. Nestled along the river and with everything open air you can experience ultimate luxury right Alongside nature. For me the perfect balance. Topped off with very authentic and skilled healers and food that it beautiful raw vegan high quality food at its best. It's tucked away from the main bustle of Ubud and personally we preferred that.

  1. Couldn't get any better

Our stay at Fivelements was beyond amazing. You instantly feel a sense of serenity and comfort upon entering this resort. The staff, the food (amazing raw vegetarian food) and the environment were 10 star quality (if that's possible). We received various spa treatments-- Flower bath, Facial, Sakti ritual, Fire Ceremony and Body Scrub and nothing was left feeling any less that relaxed. Very old traditions were used, organic products and thoughtful care to each detail. The location was not far from Ubud and the ride was nice and mellow, a shuttle is offered 3 times per day as complimentary to your stay or you can arrange for a private trip that is very appropriate in price. We loved our stay and wish it never ended!

  1. Heaven on Earth!

Our stay at Fivelements Bali Retreat exceeded our expectations. The peace and tranquility found here is beyond amazing. There is no need for a Yoga/Meditation class or a Spa treatment.... as soon as you set foot on this place you automatically feel stress free! The restaurant is fabulous, the rooms are BEAUTIFUL, clean and spacious. This retreat is very well managed... the staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. I cannot wait to go back!

  1. A prestige and enriching experience

A very beautiful wellness retreat pure Balinese about 20 minutes from Ubud. Loved the natural beauty of the area, the uniqueness of the experience, and we learned more about peacefulness and harmony The are nine exclusive suites facing a forest with waterfall with an open air bath tub :) If you are looking for a vacation where you want to just sink into yourself .. with some yoga and meditation, this is the place to be A great BRAVO for Chef Felix which prepared for us a raw vegan version of our Italian caprese, followed by tastefully black risotto and a delicious desert Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating I highly recommend Fivelements.

  1. Nature with five star amenities

Regarding location it is out of ubud market area. About half an hour drive. Though hotel provides 3 fixed free drops but easy if you have your vehicle hired if you frequently want to. Regarding resort it is very close to river and surrounded all over with jungle like area thus very close to nature. Every thing seems so interesting and unique. Nature with five star amenities. Regarding room it's a complete package. All lights and music controlled with iPad like device. Colours of lights in bathtub can be changed as per choice. Big open bathroom. River view just from your room. Large and comfortable bed with large sofa or a day bed. Food is very important part of this resort. Only vegetarian and natural food is served here. Most of them are uncooked. No flour is used. I haven't eaten raw pizza before. Amazed to see and eat one here. Very limited choice but excellent taste and preparation. Very high quality ingredients. We were very happy. Spa treatment is also very good. Above all the people working here are very kind. Must visit for a change. Would like to come back again.

  1. Absolutely Amazing

We stayed 5 nights at fivelemts and it was the perfect amount of time. The staff is very friendly and discret and always welcomes you with a smile. Although we're not vegans we loved the food, my favorite were the buckwheat pancakes for breakfast but all the other stuff was great 2. I don't understand some people complain about the prices. The quality of everything at fivelements was excellent and worth every penny. Either you go on a holiday and treat yourself or you go somewhere cheaper, it's as easy as that. We at least enjoyed our stay very much and could relax to the maximum.

  1. Open air treatment room, great experience!

I have booked a WE in this amazing eco-luxury Resort and SPA, but unfortunately there was availability only for one day. I insist so much, that in order to satisfy my desire of staying there, the management has offer me the possibility of using the open air treatment room, as a private room to sleep. At the beginning I was skeptic, but I accepted. So the first night I slept in the sleeping suite eco-lux (amazing) and the second in the treatment room! No window, open air, the river close by, has transformed that night in a unique sleeping event. I felt to be back in the old Bali .....where nature and strong sensation have been mediate by a perfect service. I loved the food and the healing treatment.....Simply magic! Thanks to the staff...again. next time I hope they will allow me to stay in open air treatment room, again!!

  1. Excellent

A must if you are looking for a unique experience and transformation. This place is amazing, the healers are gifted and are very dedicated people. The environment is conducive to healing and space. The food is a culinary delight and must be tasted. This place will not disappoint.

  1. Paradise on Earth Exists

I still am having difficulty putting into words my experience at Five Elements. It was a privilege and honour for me to have had the serendipity to have spent 10 blissful days in this cocoon in Bali. I would like to thank and praise the creators of 5 Elements for bringing to life a place of peace, harmony and growth. At the same time, I would like to thank the entire staff for making my entire experience a perfect voyage. I came to the 5 elements with the hope of releasing tension, stress and to improve my health. I have left having achieved not only my goals but with so much more. I feel centred, inspired and lighter than I have in a long time, or maybe, even ever. Paradise on earth does exist. From the bottom of my heart, I believe that if all of humanity had the opportunity to experience a place like Five Elements, we would have peace on earth.

  1. Beautiful and restorative in every way

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The accommodations, services, spa, restaurant and staff we each exceptional! I also love the way the offer complete wellness packages or individual services you choose. I loved EVERYTHING about this magical place!!!

  1. A healing experience not to be missed

The last weekend spent at Fivelements with my fiancé to celebrate love (..was Valentine!) turned out to be some of the best time ever spent in Bali. Coming from an expat living in Bali for the last 28 years must be quite something! Fivelements is real Bali in its best outfit, a 5 star immersion into the natural beauty and the spiritual secrets of magical Bali. The gentle roar of the river its a relaxing yet recharging energy that flew throughout our stay. Congratulations to the management for the remarkable attention to all the details, from the room amenities, the sophisticated vegan hi-cuisine, to the fabulous spa treatments and products. For sure a healing experience not to be missed!

  1. Serenity with a healing touch

I wasn't sure what to expect of my time at Fivelements, but booked myself in for the week at the recommendation of a friend. I couldn't have ask for a better place to rest and clear my mind. I took advantage of nearly every spa treatment available and found that all the staff members were skillful and gentle. The sounds of nature were all one hears, Fivelements is as far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud as you can find. The menu is ultra-healthy, which is good for the body but took a bit of experimenting to find my favorites. The red rice congee and the sweet potato hash with sautéed mushrooms topped the list of breakfast treats. To be honest, I missed my morning coffee with cow's milk, but traded that habit for freshly pressed tangerine juice. The chef is creative and artistic style, so mealtime was always a pleasure whether it was taken on my bungalow's veranda overlooking the waterfall or in the handsomely constructed dining room. I miss it already. You won't find a kinder, gentler staff nor a quieter more scenic setting. Tranquility Plus.

  1. Paradise by the river

Located 15 minutes by car from Ubud center, this wellness spa resort ticks all of the boxes. The shuttle from the airport is affordable, the resort is 90 minutes from Denpasar. They also have a free shuttle to Ubud but the times are limited, we simply had them outsource a car for us when it was not running. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The spa is amazing with private massaga/healing bungalows on the river for your treatments, a bit expensive but worth it. The food at the restaurant is vegan/ raw/ vegetarian and carries no alcohol (it is a wellness resort), the fresh juices were fantastic and the food was fresh and amazing. We ate breakfast here on both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed it, although some of the servings were a bit small. The rstaurant is open air with koi ponds and seating on the river. They offer so many fantastic yoga, aikido, art, and other therapies, but unfortunately we were only there for three days. The nine riverfront bungalows each have a huge outdoor tub carved from stone in a bamboo walled hut facing the river and forest. The bungalows are large with a queen bed with mosquito netting and a bathroom open to the sky with an "outdoor" shower, very romantic and charming. There is a safe in each bungalow and an smart pad to control the lights and music, free wifi and thankfully, no television. The gardens are lush and full of flowers, birds and butterflies and there is a resort wide sound system. The pool area has a large jacuzzi and plenty of large sun loungers and a deck overlooking the river draped in vines dripping white flowers. All of the buildings are built in traditional Balinese style and they have three meeting buildings all built with sustainable, locally sourced products. One of the most beautiful, peaceful resorts that we have ever visited.

  1. A place full of peace and inspiration

I stayed at Fivelements in August. This was the place where I wanted to relax after a hectic life in a big city. I was so tired ans exhausted that I dreamed about a house in the forest near a river, about a real retreat. And there I was. Only sounds of Nature surrounded me. The spa area is on the bank of the river and this gave me additional satisfaction. The raw food diet was just wonderful. Chef Made created masterpieces using only fruit, vegetables and nuts. I really miss that food now. Next time I am at Fivelements I shall attend the Chef masterclass. But it was not only food and massage that detoxed me. There were different ceremonies which could detox my mind. I just had one amazing day at the hotel but I felt myself as newborn. The team of Fivelements made my dreams come true. I would like to thank the stuff for the unforgettable experience. Thank you and see you next year.

  1. Shining Fivelements

My 8 night stay at Fivelements exceeded my high expectations. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help in any way. The raw food vegan menu was five star and I am not a vegetarian or a vegan and loved every meal prepared by chef Made and his team. The villas were very spacious and the king sized bed very comfortable. I loved the outdoor shower and hearing the Agung river flow past my room. I look forward to returning again next year.
