The fully-staffed villa is spread out across 6,500 square metres of manicured lawns and features spacious pavilions for sleeping, dining, and socialising, as well as a 21-metre pool, a state-of-the-art media room, gym, and a sports hub with a tennis court, trampoline, and mini-football pitch. Guests of all ages will find hours of entertainment here, but should you want to venture out, there are hip cafes, surf breaks, and beachfront bars just minutes away.

The Beji is perfectly suited to large families, multiple families travelling together, or groups of friends who like their space. Each stunning suite is housed in its own pavilion with a private terrace, and there are multiple spaces to eat, drink and play together or find a quiet corner for yourself. With a huge pool, rooftop terrace, al fresco lounge and sports hub, outdoor living is a given, but there are also cool air-conditioned spaces indoors to escape from the sun. The Layout

INDOOR LIVING
The entrance of The Beji leads to the huge open-sided living pavilion where there are comfortable sofas overlooking a wooden deck that faces the pool. Off to one side is the elegant dining pavilion with a four-metre teakwood table that can seat up to 16 people on bench seating. Follow the stairs to the upper level and you reach the air-conditioned media room with a 60-inch TV with satellite channels, DVD player, home theatre sound system, Playstation 4, books, board games and toys. In the sports hub there is an air-conditioned gym pavilion with state-of-the-art equipment and free weights.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The Beji offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh air and Bali sunshine. The 21-metre swimming pool is surrounded by towering trees and flanked by a wooden pool deck with loungers and the grassy lawn with additional sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool also has two shallow areas for little one to splash around in or for semi-submerged sun bathing. Make your way to the upper terrace between the living and dining pavilion and you’ll find a beautiful al fresco lounge with all-weather seating. The media room also has access to a rooftop terrace. Behind the living pavilion is the sports hub with a floodlit tennis court, mini-football pitch, basketball hoop, and a trampoline.

MASTER SUITES
The Beji boasts two palatial master suites, both of which have direct access to the pool via stepping stones that lead to the shallow sections of the pool. Each master suite has a huge private terrace overlooking the pool, smooth parquet floors, seating areas in an alcove and armchairs, a 32-inch TV with a DVD player, a super-king four-poster bed with mosquito netting, and an ensuite semi-garden bathroom with a rain shower and a two-person bathtub raised on a teakwood platform that overlooks a wall of greenery.

GUEST SUITES
The four standalone guest suites at The Beji are lined up in pairs on either side of the expansive lawn. Each pair features one suite with a super-king bed and another suite with two four-poster single beds, which is perfect for families with small children. The paired suites are separated by an open-sided lounge with steps over a koi pond. Each suite has a private terrace, desk, 26-inch TV with a DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a sunken bathtub and an open-air rain shower.

Location

Tucked away in the rice fields of Canggu, The Beji is just far enough from the crowds to ensure peace and privacy, but still close to some of southwest Bali’s main attractions. Finns Recreation Club is just 500 metres from the villa and there are hip cafes just a short stroll away. Jump in a car and you can be at Berawa Beach in just five minutes for some surfing and Finns Beach Club for great food, drinks, and pool time. Then you have Seminyak with its world-class restaurants, boutiques and nightclubs just a 15 minute drive further south.
