The Layout

INDOOR LIVING
The main living and dining area stretches along one side of the pool and can be opened to the pool deck or closed for air-conditioned comfort. Inside there are sofas with soft grey cushions and a long dining table that can seat up to 10 people. Behind a wooden door there is a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and coffee machine. The ground floor also houses the media room with a 55-inch TV, Bose sound system, and digital film library with over 250 movies. In a separate glass-fronted building in the garden there is a gym with weights, workout machines, and an adjoining shower room.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The villa centres around the 18-metre swimming pool and lovely garden with a manicured lawn and frangipani trees. In front of the gym there is a sundeck with six loungers and umbrellas and a covered massage terrace that is open on two sides.. Head to the top of the stairs inside the villa and you reach a verandah that leads out to the rooftop patio with beautiful flower boxes, daybeds, bean bag chairs, and sweeping views of rice paddies, volcanoes, and the ocean.

MASTER SUITE
The master suite at Villa Cendrawasih is located on the upper level and has direct access to the rooftop patio. It has a king-sized bed that can be converted into twins, a dressing area, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom done up with grey stone and boasting a walk-in rain shower and large bathtub. This suite also has a 42-inch TV with a DVD player, an iPod already loaded, iPod dock, and tasteful Indonesian artworks.

GUEST SUITES
Villa Cendrawasih has two guest suites on the upper level that offer views of the pool and garden and one guest suite on the lower level with direct access to the garden. Each has a king bed that can be converted into twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. The media room on the lower level can be converted to a fifth guest bedroom, as it has an oversized sofa bed and an attached shower room.

Location

Villa Cendrawasih is located on a quiet lane between Batu Belig Beach and Seminyak’s happening Petitenget area. A garden door at the villa opens to a secret passageway that will take you directly to Petitenget Beach and the nearby Petitenget temple. The W Hotel is just next door, and other Bali hotspots like Potato Head Beach Club and Alila Seminyak are within walking distance.
