The Layout

INDOOR LIVING
Step inside the main building at Seseh Beach Villa I and you find yourself in a sleek living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the garden and sliding doors that can be opened to let sea breezes in or closed to create a cool air-conditioned space. On one side there is a roomy lounge area with soft sofas facing a 62-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, Xbox and Playstation. On the other side there is long wooden dining table that can seat up to 12 people, and a bar with hanging lanterns that create soft lighting at night.

MASTER SUITES
The two master suites at Seseh Beach Villa I enjoy enviable positions on the upper level of the main villa building, each in their own wing. Large windows offer incredible views of the surf rolling in, which can be enjoyed from the ocean-facing, four-poster king beds or on the breezy balconies with their stylish black rattan chairs and tables. The master suites are also outfitted with satellite TVs and DVD players, writing desks, walk-in dressing rooms and spectacular ensuite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers and rooftop soaking tubs that are open to the skies.

GUEST SUITES
The three guest suites are located on the ground floor of the main building with two suites in the front and one in the rear. The guest suites are nearly identical in size and feature king-sized beds that can convert into twin beds, satellite TVs with DVD players, and air-conditioned bathrooms with indoor showers and courtyards with open-air bathtubs and showers. The guest suites in the front have sliding glass doors that open to terraces facing the garden and ocean, while the guest suite in the rear of the building has a private outdoor sitting area.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Seseh Beach Villa I has an abundance of inviting outdoor areas for relaxing, socialising and entertaining guests. At the far end of the lawn there is a 16.5-metre swimming pool with a unique fire bowl sculpture that lights up at night and a timber deck with cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas. On one side of the pool the lounge pavilion offers soft sofas that are perfect for taking in epic sunsets or watching the latest movies on the flat-screen, satellite TV. On the other side of the pool there is an open-sided dining pavilion with a table for 12 and two conveniently placed guest washrooms. Seseh Beach Villa I also has a secret rooftop patio with beanbags and sofas that can be accessed via the master bathrooms.

Location

Seseh Beach Villa is located moments from the ocean in a traditional village that has a very strong sense of community and still retains the customs and culture of old Bali. There are no sophisticated facilities in the area, so local activities are limited to walks on the beach (it’s not very safe for swimming), or gentle hikes through the glorious rice fields. Alternatively, you can join in with some of the village activities, watch the temple processions, or befriend the staff and get invited to ceremonies. However, with the services of the villa’s complimentary car and driver, Bali’s many cultural, natural, gastronomic and retail delights are all within easy reach.
