Abaca Villas Estate is a collection of 3 luxurious villas hidden down a quiet lane in the popular Petitenget neighbourhood of Seminyak. The villas are surrounded by rice fields, yet also within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.
Villa Iluh, Villa Nyoman and Villa Kadek feature modern tropical architecture and design that fuse indoor and outdoor living with lavish open-sided living and dining areas and spacious bedrooms that open directly to pools, gardens, and rooftop balconies. The Abaca Villas Estate is a collection of three luxurious villas hidden down a quiet lane in the popular Petitenget neighbourhood of Seminyak in Bali. The villas are surrounded by rice fields, yet also within walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Each villa has its own private entrance, garden and pool, and is staffed by a dedicated team to cater to guests’ every need. The villas can be booked separately in configurations of 3 to 6 bedrooms or booked together to create a spectacular space that can sleep up to 48 people.
Built around a huge aquamarine pool, Villa Iluh offers 6 bedrooms and multiple living and dining areas inside and out. Guests can recline on one of the sun loungers set on the lawn next to the pool or in the fan-cooled living area which features soaring vaulted ceilings, stylish wicker and wood furnishings, and a formal dining area and bar. The villa has three suites on the ground floor with direct access to the pool, two suites on the upper floor with private balconies, and a unique wooden gladak building with twin beds that is perfect for children.
Villa Nyoman is unique in that it has not one, but two swimming pools, both of which are surrounded by lush lawns and greenery. There are 5 fabulous guest suites here including four on the ground floor with direct access to the main swimming pool and one charming suite on the upper floor that has its own rooftop patio replete with comfortable furnishings. Guests can gather in the massive open-sided living and dining area to watch movies on the LED TV, enjoy sundowner drinks, or dine on gourmet cuisine prepared by the private chef.
The dramatic 18-metre pool is the first thing you notice when you walk into Villa Kadek, as this lengthy expanse of water stretches the length of the garden and has a breezy Balinese-style gazebo set over the water on one end. On either side of the pool there are gorgeous timber and stone buildings that house the open-concept living and dining area and 5 contemporary bedrooms. This villa also has a dedicated spa area with massage tables for in-house pampering.
