Experience utter luxury as you sail across the Indonesian archipelago aboard Prana, the biggest phinisi yacht in the world. Owned by the prestigious Atzaró group, this stunning vessel boasts 900 square metres of usable space, four decks, and nine cabins that rival any five-star hotel suite. Prana was newly built in 2018 using traditional phinisi methods and materials like teak and ironwood, and outfitted with all the modern comforts you could ask for including a yoga deck, spa, gourmet kitchen, and water sports deck.
Perfect for families and large groups, Prana has multiple spaces to spread out across its four expansive decks. The main deck features a gorgeous wooden sundeck with daybeds and an al fresco dining area, a huge open-plan lounge with an air-conditioned dining area where guests can indulge in exquisite cuisine and fine wines, a water sports deck, and the Atelier de Beauté for soothing spa treatments. The upper deck also has a breezy wooden deck with sun loungers, and the top level is home to the yoga deck, which can be converted to a cinema for film screenings under the stars.
Prana sails to some of Indonesia’s most spectacular destinations where you can dive clear waters teeming with marine life and discover unique cultures and landscapes you won’t find anywhere else on the planet. Depending on the season, your luxury yacht experience could include a journey to Komodo National Park with its pink sand beaches and legendary Komodo dragons, Raja Ampat for some absolutely sublime diving, or the Banda Islands, which were central to the Spice Trade. Itineraries can be personalised to suit your travel style and tastes.
Each of Prana’s lavishly appointed suites is a serene, soundproof sanctuary with luxurious touches like Indonesian artworks and fabrics, rich wood detailing, and private ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. Modern conveniences include air conditioning, mini-fridges, LED TVs and state-of-the-art sound systems to ensure the utmost comfort.
The master suite is on the upper deck and the most sumptuous with wrap-around windows on three sides, a spacious private sundeck, and a bathtub. The upper deck also houses the grand suite with its wall of windows offering views out to sea. On the main deck there is one tastefully appointed superior suite with a window, and on the lower deck there are two deluxe suites, two superior suites, and two standard suites.
Prana’s crew of 18 includes experienced Indonesian and Western members who will go out of their way to make you feel at home and attend to your every need. The cruise director can help you plan a bespoke itinerary for an unforgettable journey. The dive instructor can take you to little known sites where it will be just you and the underwater world. The chef can whip up gourmet meals to fuel your journeys, and the masseuses can ease your stress away with soothing massages. Then there are the stewards, housekeepers and deckhands who keep the suites and ship sparkling clean and in tip top shape.
Prana was built in 2018 and spans 55m with a beam of 11.5m and a draft of 4.5m. 9 cabins accommodate up to 18 guests. She cruises at a maximum speed of 11 knots.
