Wanakasa Residence was designed to complement the natural surroundings, so native materials appear throughout such as massive pillars made from bengkirai trees, ironwood shingles, and teakwood floors. The semi-circular pool and wooden pool deck seem to hover over the treetops, and open-sided living and dining areas allow gentle breezes to drift in. When you’re not socialising in the shared common areas, you can retire to your serene suite for a bit of peace and privacy. Spread out over two levels, Wanakasa Residence has ample space to gather with friends and family or find a quiet corner to yourself. The speckled tiger bamboo and 150-year-old teakwood give the interiors a rustic chic atmosphere, while modern furnishings and conveniences like Wi-Fi and cutting edge entertainment equipment add luxe touches. The main living pavilion has a cool air-conditioned lounge and dining area, library, and a study that can be converted to an extra bedroom on request.
The COMO Shambhala Suite is the largest bedroom at the residence and features a plush king-sized bed and a stunning bathroom outfitted with natural stone. This suite also has its own private Jacuzzi that is separate from the shared living areas. And like all the suites at Wanakasa Residence, it offers unique extras like a yoga mat, satellite TV, DVD player, and COMO bath products.
There are two Terrace Suites and two Garden Suites at Wanakasa Residence, with the Terrace Suites being slightly larger than the Garden Suites. Each suite features an inviting king or queen-sized bed, elegant bathroom with a rain shower, and views of the river valley peeking through the tropical foliage.
