Welcome to Villa Waringin, one of five opulent holiday homes in the Pantai Lima estate. This 6-bedroom beachfront villa is spread out over two buildings, meaning that groups and families can holiday in comfort together here. And for larger groups planning weddings, retreats or corporate escapes, the entire Pantai Lima estate can be rented out for a total of 26 rooms.

Overview

Situated in the traditional Balinese village of Pererenan, Villa Waringin offers serenity and scenery along with scads of space next to the sea. The architecture here is a fusion of colonial grandeur and Balinese charm, and the rooms feature rich wooden accents, large windows and sliding doors and modern touches like LCD TVs, iPod docks, air-conditioning and Hermes toiletries.

Outdoors you will find a garden awash in fragrant frangipani trees, swaying palms, and emerald lawns, and the glittering infinity pool is fronted by the beachfront Jacuzzi and open-sided massage bale. Plus, you can explore the near deserted beach at the front of the property to watch fishermen ply their trade in the morning or take sunset strolls on the soft volcanic sand.

The Layout

Indoor Living
Step into the ground floor of the main building at Villa Waringin and you will find yourself in the gorgeous colonial style lounge with smooth wooden floors, soft sofas, and contemporary and antique artworks. To one side there is a long wooden dining table with rattan chairs that can seat 10 people, and to the front there is a breezy covered terrace with sofas and a daybed overlooking the pool and ocean. The ground floor also has a fully equipped modern kitchen, a study with a retractable projector movie screen, DVD library and a collection of books, and a guest bathroom.

Outdoor Living
The gardens at Villa Waringin are truly spectacular, with a 20-metre infinity pool and smaller kid’s pool surrounded by wooden decks with sun loungers, green lawns for impromptu football or tag matches, a serene garden relaxation bale, covered dining bale with a table and chairs, and a Jacuzzi next to the sand and sea. In addition, guests can enjoy the shared tennis court, gym and seminar room on the Pantai Lima estate.

Master Suites
Take the wooden staircase up to the light-filled upper floor landing, and you have your choice of two master bedrooms, each with a four-poster bed facing large windows that look out over the ocean, a walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom with a copper bathtub and an outdoor rain shower. These rooms also share a large wooden terrace with comfortable chairs, sofas and a stand-alone hammock.

Garden Suites
The garden pavilion at Villa Waringin houses the remaining four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds. These rooms feature wooden floors and furnishings, traditional artworks, and ensuite bathrooms with terrazzo bathtubs and outdoor rain showers. On the ground floor of the garden pavilion you will also find a special spa room, perfect for blissful Balinese massages, manicures, pedicures, and more.

Location

Villa Waringin is located right on the famous sunset beach of Pererenan, Canggu, Bali. There are plenty of things to do in Bali if you choose, and the Villa Manager will be more than happy to arrange things for you.

Based at the villa you can go horseback riding, cycling or jogging, surfing if you’re experienced, or take lessons if you’re a beginner. The stunningly beautiful Greg Norman-designed, world-class Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali golf course, is just 15 minutes away by car.

Less than half an hour away - and easily accessible thanks to the villa's complimentary car and driver - are the many restaurants, bars, boutiques, clubs and cafés of chic Seminyak.

If local culture is your thing, we recommend several “must-see” temples, as well as world famous rice terraces, and the volcanoes and lakes of the interior.

Absolute Beachfront

This is simply a world class experience. On the beachfront with a huge wonderful pool we enjoyed Villa Warringin for a whole month. The place is huge with 7 bedrooms so we had people , friends and family coming to stay on and off. The 12 staff were wonderful and looked after us for the entire time. We will go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. All villas with the estate of Pantai Lima Lima are 6 star.

Awesome all the way

Villa Waringin is probably the best place we've been to in Bali and we've traveled extensively since 15 years, we also own a property there. The fact that beach meets the rice terraces and the calm and quietness of this area make it so enjoyable and great for a family trip. Service was outstanding in every way, and the villa design is very exotic and well thought. Nothing we challenged that didn't meet or exceed our expectations, therefore i totally recommend families reunions and B'day parties in this Villa. You'll have a blast and more.

Memorable

As a first time Bali visitor, I had no pre-conceived ideas of the country, the culture or the people. Villa Waringin was a perfect introduction to all three. The villa itself was beautiful with hints of the French colonial to it, set in its own private grounds. The pool with views to the Indian Ocean was a daily delight, and the outdoor day beds made relaxation even easier. But what is location without service? Ngurah and the staff at Villa Waringin were perfect, complying with the multiple requests of the three families staying under their roof, and anxious to provide a flawless Balinese experience. This experience extended beyond the compound gates, as we were very well looked after by Putu Candra, a driver of infinite patience and humility, who took us wherever we needed to go and provided good company too. We'd love to come back one Day!

A second amazing stay at Villa Waringin”

My friends and I came to Villa Waringin in March 2014. For me, it was my second time at Villa Waringin. This stay was as incredible as my first stay with my family (in August 2013). The villa is family-friendly, cosy, luxurious, peaceful, well located in front of the sea with a breathtaking view and 15 minutes away from Seminyak. The staff is very helpful. The butlers give great suggestions regarding surrounding temples, local markets, seafood restaurants on the beach, surf spots etc. They will make your stay unforgettable. The driver is very kind and knows Bali extremely well. The food is definitely worthy of a 5-star hotel. I particularly enjoyed the private new spa of Villa Waringin.
