INDOOR LIVING
The living pavilion is the social centre of Villa Soham and is located on the upper level above the gardens and pool. Inside the glass enclosed space you have a sitting area with stylish oversized white sofas and armchairs, a dining area with a marble-topped table for 12, and a butler’s bar. Sliding glass doors open to a massive ironwood veranda, and a pivoting Bengkirai-wood door leads to a modern media room. There is also an enclave of spaces tucked below the pool where you can work out and wind down including a gym equipped with a treadmill, stationary bicycle, cross-trainer and weights bench, as well as a sauna, steam room and spa treatment room.

MASTER SUITE
The master suite at Villa Soham is located on the ground floor and offers stunning views across the pool to the ocean beyond. In the centre of the bedroom is a 2.4-metre Emperor bed backed by a cream-coloured sofa and flanked by stylish black side tables. The ensuite bathroom features natural stone walls, smooth marble floors, and a standalone bathtub facing a wall of glass that offers the same views of the gardens, pool and ocean. The suite also has a beautiful ironwood deck with private seating that can be accessed from the bedroom and bathroom.

GUEST SUITES
Two of Villa Soham’s guest suites rest on either side of the master suite. One is equal in size to the master suite and has as twin beds that can convert to a king, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub facing a glass wall that looks out to the pool and ocean. This suite also has a lovely terrace. On the other side, a slightly smaller suite looks out to the garden beyond a spiral staircase that winds its way up to the living pavilion. This room has a king bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The remaining two guest suites are located in their own wing on a third level and have high vaulted ceilings, twin beds that can convert to kings, and ensuite bathrooms with monsoon showers.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Soaking up the sun and sea breezes is sine qua non at Villa Soham, as the al fresco areas here are simply irresistible. Fronting the living pavilion is lofty ironwood deck with bench seating that offers panoramic views of the ocean and makes for a divine breakfast or lunch spot. Cross the lovely lawn with its fragrant frangipani trees and you reach the 22-metre infinity pool with sun loungers set on a stone terrace. One one side of the pool there is a huge open-sided pool bale with modular seating, a kitchenette and a bar where the staff can prepare healthy juices, light bites, sundowner cocktails and seafood BBQs.
