The Layout

INDOOR LIVING
Villa Nyoman’s 200-square-metre living and dining area spans one side of the central swimming pool and features lofty ceilings, natural stone floors, and comfortable wicker and wood furniture. The entire side facing the pool is open, so you can enjoy Bali’s tropical weather whilst dining or relaxing under the cover of the vaulted roof. A long wooden dining table provides the setting for formal meals, while the sofas and armchairs are perfect for curling up with a good book or gathering with friends and family for drinks and conversation.

OUTDOOR LIVING
With not one, but two swimming pools and a beautifully landscaped garden, Villa Nyoman provides plenty of opportunities to cool off on hot days and soak up the sun. The main pool is in the centre of the property and is surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and umbrellas. The second pool is slightly smaller and set next to a lovely terrace with hanging ‘birds nest’ chairs and bean bags. On the other side of the pool is a wall covered in ivy and to the front is greenery as far as the eye can see.

GUEST SUITES
Four of the guest suites at Villa Nyoman are set on the ground floor and have sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the main pool. These air-conditioned suites feature king-sized canopied beds, stone tiled floors, writing desks, and huge wardrobes. The striking ensuite bathrooms feature more natural stone, beautiful twin vanities, and stand-alone rain showers. The fifth suite is accessed up a spiral staircase and is like a villa within a villa. This suite has a king-sized canopied bed under a vaulted roof, large windows that look out to the rice paddies, rustic wooden floors, and a private rooftop lounge with a sofa, coffee table, chairs, and an al fresco terrace.

Villa Nyoman is located down a small lane in the midst of rice fields, so it feels like a world apart from busy South Bali, but actually you have some of Seminyak’s best shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife venues nearby. The Petitenget area is renowned for its eateries like Da Maria, Sardine, and Metis. Batu Belig Beach is just down the road with its laid-back beach bars, and a stroll along the sand in either direction will take you to trendy beach clubs and seaside restaurants.
