Overview

Villa Mary is the largest of the five villas on the Pantai Lima Estate, and it features plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces where little ones can frolic on the grass or in the water, adults can gather for cocktails and canapés, and singles and couples can find quiet corners of solitude. Chill out by the pool or in the Jacuzzi and soak up the rays, socialise in the breezy open-sided living room, soak away your stress under the stars in your private outdoor bathtub, or take in a film in the palatial home cinema. Then again, the surf breaks of Canggu and stylish shops of Seminyak are just a short drive away.

The Layout

Indoor Living
The main three-storey building at Villa Mary has a huge open-sided living room on the ground floor that overlooks the lush greenery of the garden, as well as the pool and beach. There is also light filled dining room on this floor with French windows, a solid wooden table that can seat 8 to 10 people and a breakfast bar. On the lower floor there is the home cinema with its 5-metre screen and seating for 20 people including leather armchairs. On the upper level you will also find a second living room that looks out over the ocean.

Master Suite
The master bedroom at Villa Mary is on the ground floor of the main building, and it has gorgeous wood furnishings, sliding doors that open directly to the garden and pool, and a large ensuite bathroom with an outdoor bathtub set in a koi pond.

Guest Suites
Also on the ground floor are two guest bedrooms with huge windows that look out onto the beach. The remaining two garden bedrooms are in their own stand-alone buildings, which offer the utmost privacy, especially in the walled outdoor bathrooms. All bedrooms have 37-inch LCD satellite TVs, DVD players, and iPod docks.

Outdoor Living
Heading outdoors, Villa Mary boasts not one but two pools. One rings in at 20-metres, making it perfect for laps, and one smaller pool is 10 square metres, which is great for the little ones. Both pools are chlorine-free. In addition there is a Jacuzzi at the edge of the property next to the beach that can hold up to six adults, and a covered massage bale where you can let the sea breezes roll over you. Moreover, guests of Villa Mary can take advantage of the tennis court on the estate, which can be floodlit at night for games under the stars.

The air-conditioned Dining Room which is 50 sqm can be thrown open with French windows. Home cinema for up to 20 guests.
POOL	Comprises two pools: One adult pool, perfect for relaxing and fitness measuring 20 metres, and another 10 square metre shallow pool for toddlers and infants. Both pools are chlorine free and kid friendly. A heated Jacuzzi near the beach-front also holds up to six adults.
STAFF	3 Butlers, 3 Housekeepers, 3 Chefs, 2 Engineers, 1 Gardener, Security Guards.
DINING	Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes. Requests accommodated (including special diets and barbecues).
COMMUNICATION	There is unlimited centralised WiFi broadband internet throughout the estate. Every bedroom has an ISD capable telephone. Local and international calls will be charged at cost. Fax facilities are available on request.
ENTERTAINMENT	All bedrooms have their own 37 inch LCD television screen with satellite TV programming, DVD and Bose sound system. iPod docks throughout the villa are connected to speakers throughout the villa and the garden. You have a large 20 guests capacity home cinema with a High Definition movie projection system.

Location

Villa Mary is located right on the famous sunset beach of Pererenan, Canggu, Bali. There are plenty of things to do in Bali if you choose, and the Villa Manager will be more than happy to arrange things for you.

Based at the villa you can go horseback riding, cycling or jogging, surfing if you’re experienced, or take lessons if you’re a beginner. The stunningly beautiful Greg Norman-designed, world-class Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali golf course, is just 15 minutes away by car.

Less than half an hour away - and easily accessible thanks to the villa's complimentary car and driver - are the many restaurants, bars, boutiques, clubs and cafés of chic Seminyak.

If local culture is your thing, we recommend several “must-see” temples, as well as world famous rice terraces, and the volcanoes and lakes of the interior.

Perfect Villa in Bali

My husband and my 6 months old daughter have been to Bali for the first time and have chosen to stay at Villa Mary with some friends. This villa was perfect, peaceful, luxurious, great view in front of the beach and the rice fields. It is very well located and the driver is always available if we want to go somewhere. The staff is amazing especially the butler and the cook staff. We had the feeling to be at home: much better than a hotel but with all the services that you find in a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and each one is different (some of them have an outdoor shower). There is also a gym room, a tennis and the best infinity pool (even a kids pool). We will definitely come back next year!

An excellent stay

I had an excellent stay in February this year at Villa Mary. I cannot imagine a better place to stay when you go to Bali: it is so beautiful & peaceful you wish to stay forever. This independent villa have a very large garden and some amazing vues on the sea, the beach & the rice fields. The staff is professional & friendly. All of them are trying their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are always happy to help and improve the quality of your stay. The food is so fresh, locally sourced, the cooks have some very good skill to create the best of European & Asian food you can choose from! We shared the villa with 3 others families and everyone had his private space for a very enjoyable holiday. I rested a lot and I am considering coming back with my three children and some friends next year.
