Overview

Although the design and decor of Villa LeGa is contemporary and cool, the villa still comes off as having a very unpretentious vibe. Families and friends can gather in the open-plan living and dining areas or the spacious ocean-facing terrace for leisurely meals, cocktails and conversation, or lazy nights in with movies and music. The pool deck is also another favourite hangout spot with it’s comfy sun loungers and fragrant frangipani trees. For a bit of privacy, head to your spacious room for some downtime, or set off on a stroll down the beach.

The Layout

Indoor Living
Villa LeGa is laid out in an L-shape, and it consists of two storeys with glass windows that look out either over the Indian Ocean or the garden and pool. On the ground floor of the villa you will find the spacious living room with sliding glass doors that open to the pool deck. This room has marble floors, a massive L-shaped couch, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and surround sound system. You can opt to leave the doors open to the tropical breezes or closed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort. To the right of the living room is the dining area with a large table that seats up to 12 people, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom off to one side as well.

Master Bedrooms
The master bedrooms at Villa LeGa are upstairs, and they offer incredible views over the beach and the ocean. The soaring ceilings add to the generous size of the rooms, and timber floors create a sense of warmth. Both rooms have king-sized beds with gauzy mosquito nets, sitting areas with flat screen TVs and DVD players, and semi-open ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and monsoon showers. In addition, one room has a huge patio overlooking the beach, and the other has a slightly smaller balcony where you can take in the sounds of the waves crashing below.

Guest Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are two guest bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the pool deck and garden. These rooms have canopied king beds, writing desks, dressing rooms, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in monsoon showers and bathtubs with open roofs to one side. Upstairs also has another guest room with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and views to the beach out a side window.

Outdoor Living
Outside, there is a 12-metre swimming pool that is bordered on three sides by a wooden pool deck with red cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas, and on the other side by a beautiful white wall with a carved mural. Surrounding the pool is the lawn dotted with lush green plants, water features and trees.

Location

Villa LeGa is located right next to the beach at Batubelig, a safe upmarket area close to Petitenget and Seminyak on Bali's south-western coast. This is the most visited part of the island for both tourism and business purposes, and is home to some very classy properties as well as two of the hottest new venues in Bali – the Mosaic Beach Club and the W Retreat & Spa.

Highly Recommended

The staff at Villa LeGa made our family reunion very special, nothing was too much too much trouble yet they were unobtrusive. Very attentive and great with the young children. The location was ideal and it was great hearing the waves in our rooms at night. Did not find the Mosaic Club music next door intrusive

Best Holiday Ever

Villa Le Ga was the most fantastic retreat for our family of 11 including a 3 month old baby. The rooms were large & tranquil & the service from the staff was prompt, efficient & beautifully done. We were never short of a coffee or tea or cocktail at night & the chef cooked us the most amazing meals. Seminyak town was very close by on a scooter which we all hired & the beach was 3 steps away for walks & swims. Everyone said she/he had the best holiday ever & my husband & I had a wonderful rest. You should go there!

Loved it!

We loved the Villa and found the staff to be so helpful, discrete and obliging. Could not have faulted the staff who could not do enough for you The view from the balcony at sunset was amazing and the meals the chef prepared were beautiful. The bedrooms were all huge with gorgeous bathrooms.
