The Layout

INDOOR LIVING
The Iman Villa’s entrance leads you to the ground floor of a two-storey building, where you will find one of the guest suites and an entertainment room with a snooker table, plasma TV, and a generous sofa with cushions. Step outside and you have the kitchen on the right with its glass doors, marble-topped counter, and built-in pizza oven.

The main living and dining pavilion is located in the centre of the property and has a bar with bar stools and an iMac computer connected to Bose speakers. In front of the bar there is a sunken lounge with four plush sofas and wooden coffee tables, and a rustic wooden dining table that can seat up to 12 people. The living pavilion is open on all sides, but can be shuttered against the elements with remote control blinds.

The guesthouse at the far end of the property also has a living and dining area with sofas, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table that can seat eight people, and a small kitchen with a fridge, sink and two-burner hob.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The Iman Villa is set in beautiful gardens with tall palm trees and terraced lawns that echo the flow of the rice fields in the area. The 21-metre infinity pool is centrally located in front of the main living pavilion and has an adjoining wading pool for children. Beside the pool there is a stone sun deck with loungers and umbrellas. Head to the upper level of the two-storey building and you’ll find a spectacular rooftop terrace with lush greenery, a pond, sun loungers and a sunken jacuzzi.

MASTER SUITE
The master suite is located on the upper level of The Iman Villa’s two-storey building. This room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the rice fields, a king-sized bed and an elegant wardrobe behind wood panelling. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in dressing room, a rain shower, and a freestanding bathtub. The master suite has direct access to the rooftop terrace and jacuzzi via sliding glass doors.

GUEST SUITES
The Iman Villa has two guest suites in the two-storey building, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The suite on the upper floor has a king bed, a long window seat with views over the rice fields, and an ensuite bathroom with a rainshower. This suite also has direct access to the rooftop terrace. The ground floor suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors that open to the lawn, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub.

The remaining two guest suites at The Iman Villa sit in a separate building at the far end of the property. Both have king beds, sliding glass doors that open to the lower lawn, and access to a shared living and dining area. One suite has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, and the other slightly larger suite has a bathroom with a sunken tub and shower. In addition, the larger suite’s king bed can be converted into twin beds.

Location

The Iman Villa sits in the prestigious Pererenan neighbourhood of Canggu. This area has a residential vibe with many luxury villas scattered throughout the rice fields, as well as local Balinese houses, temples, and shops. The area is highly sought after for its peaceful atmosphere and charm. However, if it’s a bit more action you’re after, there are hip cafes, restaurants and beach bars just a short drive away.
