The Layout
INDOOR LIVING
Grand Cliff Nusa Dua has not one, but two air-conditioned living rooms with amenities like flat-screen TVs with international channels and Blu-ray DVD players. The living room on the pool level has glass doors that open to the pool deck, a breakfast table that can seat 10, and a formal dining table that can seat up to 12 people. On the upper level there is another living room with built-in daybeds and a balcony that faces the ocean. There is also an air-conditioned games room with a home theatre, karaoke machine, surround sound system, Playstation 4, billiards table and a bar.
OUTDOOR LIVING
With plenty of places to soak up the views and let the sea breezes wash over you, outdoor living is a given at Grand Cliff Nusa Dua. The infinity-edged pool seems to spill into the sea and is surrounded by an ironwood deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. On one side of the pool there is a relaxation bale with comfortable cushions, and on the other side there is an beach-facing sitting area with chairs and a coffee table. The villa also has a BBQ area and an al fresco table for 10 under the shade of a pergola.
MASTER SUITE
The master suite, also known as the honeymoon suite, is located on the lower ground level and features smooth wooden floors and large windows that can be opened to allow sea breezes in or closed for air-conditioned comfort. The suite also boasts a beautiful four-poster king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and a jacuzzi next to large glass windows that overlook the ocean.
GUEST SUITES
There are two guest suites on the upper floor that have king-sized beds and private balconies that face the ocean. One of these suites has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and freestanding bathtub and the other has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and an ocean-view bathtub. On the middle level you’ll find another guest suite with twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a rains hower, and sliding doors that open to the pool deck. The final guest room is on the lower ground level and features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub that looks out to the ocean.

Location
Grand Cliff Nusa Dua is located in an exclusive estate in Bali’s prestigious resort area of Nusa Dua, but far from the busy streets and crowds. The cliff-top location allows for spectacular views of the golden sands of Asmara Beach and the Indian Ocean. Although the location is partially remote, so very peaceful and private, it is just a 5-kilometre drive to South Bali’s enticing attractions, which include beautiful white sand beaches, surf breaks, a modern shopping complex, world-class golf courses, and international restaurants and bars.
